Warsaw Christmas 2009

Yes – in this post there is absolutely nothing about Japan apart from the fact that all the movies and pictures were taken by a polish expat presently leaving in Japan. I think the exception from the all Japanese content is worthful and I hope you will enjoy as much as did I (even though for me it was and a little bit sad that I wasn’t there when they were taken).

Without further delay here are the pictures from Warsaw 2009 Christmas (all the pictures were taken with iPhone):

Alone in the big city :)

The stairs

Novii sviet (may be).

Next to the old hotel:

Just a tree:

And the rest of the trees:

A lot of lights and many people. It is really festivities atmosphere.

More animation:

Ot looks like a fountain of lights (I doubt it is a real fountain though):

It really looks like the people are enjoying walking through the Christmas lights:

Finnaly – the mainChristmas tree – it is just in front the old King Palace:

Even more of the main Christmas tree:

The Christmas tree in different configurations of light:

Here is and the video:

.

This is one of my favorite. It looks like the lamp is covered in frost of light:

And the final picture (I do not from where it is but it reminds me so very much about the winters when I was little ). It makes me wonder when I will be able to see a real winter again? May be Hokaido?
