Kobe Port: Parents’ Relief?

Kobe Port is one of the most animated places in Kobe city. It is starting point for many amusement ships cruises as well the place of the famous Kobe Mosaic (a big attraction for tourists and locals).

Until recently though any faster run of the hyperactive offspring was giving an adrenalin rush to their parents as the walking area was separated from the sea by virtually nothing. Chottomatte team was delighted to observe (and document) the beginning of construction of a fence between the walking area and the sea:

On the second photo you can see (behind the fence) the previous “fence”. Chottomatte team is afraid that the building of the fence was initiated as a result of some accident but we do not have any reliable information about it.
